The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Metropolitan Planning Organization will hold a public information meeting on March 26 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Rockingham County Administration Center regarding I-81 Exits 245 and 247 Interchange Alternatives Analysis Study.
The Northend Greenway is envisioned to be a 2.5-mile shared use path connecting people in north Harrisonburg with places they want to go. From Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, to residential neighborhoods, Eastern Mennonite University, Eastern Mennonite School, community centers, and more.
The Erickson Avenue/Stone Spring Road Connection is a 3.1-mile long project corridor developed to address the needs for improved street system connectivity, provide better east to west mobility, and address deficient capacity and critical safety concerns in the southern portion of the City of Harrisonburg.
