The City of Harrisonburg will close the Harrisonburg Fire Department Museum to the public, effective Monday, March 16, 2020.
This is being done in conjunction with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Virginia Department of Health regarding social distancing and limiting large group gatherings. The City will assess re-opening the museum in the future in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and VA Department of Health best practices.

The Harrisonburg Fire Department Museum features a rich display of historic fire memorabilia such as uniforms, medals, equipment, old fire alarms, and photographs.
Admission is free.
