Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested vendor (Offeror) to provide and deliver landscaping plants and trees. Invasive or noxious species, as identified by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) invasive species list, and/or the USDA noxious weed list are prohibited. Plants and trees that are native to Virginia are preferred.
