Description:

The renovations are to occur on the Third floor of City Hall, adjacent to the City Manager’s Office. Additional office, conference and reception space is to be created by expanding into the existing third floor lobby area. Actual construction work is to begin no earlier than July 5, 2022 and must be Substantially Complete no later than September 5, 2022. The start of construction on July 5 is contingent on the Contractor having all necessary materials already purchased and stored. Processing of Shop Drawings, ordering and storing of materials should begin prior to July 5, 2022, however. Materials may be stored in existing garage space at City Hall on the first floor via the exterior overhead door which is accessible to truck delivery. This area is approximately 600 sf. Stored material will be paid for once they are on-site, or in an accepted warehouse. The intention here is to minimize the actual construction time and disturbance to City office activities.
