SPCA Study Public Meeting

A presentation of the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA study will be made by Karel Minor, Animal Welfare Management Services, LLC at 6:00pm, on Thursday, April 7, 2016 in the Harrisonburg City Council Chambers at 409 S Main St. This meeting is not a public hearing but is being scheduled so that the Harrisonburg City Council, Rockingham Board of Supervisors, and the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA Board of Directors can hear the same presentation.
