Bring your little superhero to the Community Activities Center for the Superhero Party! This event is open to kindergarten to 5th grade students, city residents only.

Decorate your bike with glow sticks and lights and join the Night Bike Ride at Purcell Park on Bluestone Trail!

Try out some of Harrisonburg’s food trucks at the Lucy Simms Center and enjoy a great day in the park. Make sure to bring a blanket so you can have a picnic with your favorite food truck cuisine.

Participate in the Great American Campout locally at Hillandale Park! Great American Campout is a part of National Wildlife Federation’s 10 Million Kids Outdoors Campaign.

This is a free event held at the Lucy Simms Center. Enjoy musical entertainment while socializing and sampling some traditional soul food dishes made by some of the Northeast Community's lifelong residents.

Spend a fun filled evening with your sweetheart at the Community Activities Center. Music, refreshments, and a special photo will all be included in your evening.

This event held at Westover Park is geared toward being an introduction to triathlons. The focus of this event is completion over competition. All finishers receive a finisher medal. This event is open to ages 5-14.
