Westover Skate Park is an 8,000 square foot concrete skate park designed and constructed by American Ramp Company and Pivot Custom. 
This is an unsupervised facility; use at your own risk. The City of Harrisonburg does not assume responsibility for any injury.

Rules and Regulations:
- Know your ability and use accordingly.
- The wearing of helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards is highly recommended.
- Adult supervision is required of users younger than 10 years of age.
- The park is designed for all skill levels. Please take turns and be courteous to other users.
- Use is prohibited when wet, raining, in icy conditions or during routine maintenance.
- Metal pegs are prohibited.
- Additional ramps, jumps or obstacles are not permitted in the park. No modifications to the skating surface or features are permitted.
- Motorized vehicles including battery wheeled devices are prohibited.
- Graffiti, tagging, littering, stickers or other items are prohibited. Graffiti/vandalism will result in a minimum 24-hour facility closure.
- Glass containers are prohibited. Beverages, drinking or eating while on the skate surfaces is prohibited.
- Animals are prohibited in the skate park.
- Drugs and alcohol are prohibited in the skate park.
- Weapons, Fighting, profanity, abusive language are prohibited.
- Amplified music is prohibited.
- Closed toe shoes must be worn at all times.
- Organized events require the prior approval of the parks and recreation department.
- The City of Harrisonburg Authorities, at their discretion, reserve the right to restrict entry to the facility and ask persons to leave the facility as the result of conduct, or behavior. Any person not complying with these rules will not be permitted to use the facility.
