The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Emergency Communications Center (HRECC) is dedicated to providing 24-hour emergency communications services across the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, including all the towns within the county. The HRECC is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the citizens, public safety providers, and visitors in the area.

The center collaborates closely with all local public safety agencies, forming a cohesive network ready to respond to emergencies.
